JBL BAR 800MK2 7.1 Channel Soundbar with Detachable Wireless Surround Speakers
Bring a true cinema experience into your home with the JBL BAR 800MK2. This powerful 7.1-channel soundbar system combines JBL's immersive audio technologies with two detachable wireless surround speakers and a powerful 10-inch wireless subwoofer.
With 780W maximum system power, Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual, Multibeam 3.0, Pure Voice 2.0 and Smart Details, the BAR 800MK2 delivers powerful bass, crystal-clear dialogue and an expansive surround sound experience for movies, music, gaming and TV.
True Wireless Surround Sound
Create real surround sound in seconds. Simply remove the two detachable wireless speakers from the ends of the soundbar and place them behind your seating position. No extra speaker wires or power connections are required.
When you're finished, return the speakers to the soundbar and they recharge automatically. Each detachable surround speaker provides up to 10 hours of playtime, depending on content and volume level.
Powerful 780W Audio Performance
With up to 780W total maximum system power, the BAR 800MK2 delivers room-filling sound with impressive clarity and impact.
The system combines a powerful soundbar, two wireless surround speakers and a dedicated 10-inch (260mm) wireless subwoofer for deep, powerful bass that brings movies, music and games to life.
Dolby Atmos & DTS Virtual
Experience immersive 3D audio with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual. Compatible content can create a more spacious sound field with effects that appear to move around and above you, making action scenes, music and gaming more engaging.
JBL Multi Beam 3.0
Multi Beam 3.0 creates a wide, cinema-like soundstage that fills the room with immersive audio. It helps deliver a more realistic listening experience across a wider seating area, so you can stay in the middle of the action.
Pure Voice 2.0
Never miss important dialogue. Pure Voice 2.0 automatically optimizes dialogue based on the ambient sound in the scene and the soundbar's volume, helping voices remain clear and easy to understand even during loud action sequences.
SmartDetails
Hear the small details that can easily disappear in a movie soundtrack. Smart Details enhances subtle sounds such as distant voices, environmental effects and quiet background details for a clearer and more balanced listening experience.
Broadcasting Mode
The detachable wireless speakers can also be used independently around your home. Take one or both speakers with you to another room and continue listening to content from your TV.
Using both speakers together can also provide a stereo listening experience when you want music or entertainment away from the main soundbar.
Night Listening Mode
Enjoy movies and shows without disturbing other people in your home. With Night Listening mode enabled through the JBL ONE App, the main soundbar and subwoofer are muted while the detachable wireless speakers provide a more intimate listening experience.
Automatic Sound Calibration
Every room has different acoustics. The BAR 800MK2 analyzes how sound reflects from your walls and furniture and automatically calibrates the system to optimize its 3D surround performance for your room.
Wireless Music Streaming
Stream your favorite music and podcasts through a wide range of supported services, including Air Play, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and Roon Ready.
Bluetooth 5.3 also provides convenient wireless music streaming from compatible smartphones, tablets and other devices.
JBL ONE App
Set up and control the BAR 800MK2 using the JBL ONE App. Customize your listening experience with the built-in equalizer, browse compatible music services and install software updates directly from your smartphone.
HDMI eARC & 4K Dolby Vision Passthrough
Connect your compatible TV through HDMI eARC and enjoy high-quality, uncompressed Dolby Atmos audio through a single HDMI connection.
The HDMI input also supports 4K video passthrough from compatible streaming devices, Blu-ray players and gaming consoles, with Dolby Vision support.
Voice Assistant Compatibility
The BAR 800MK2 works with compatible voice-assistant-enabled speakers. Connect your soundbar with supported devices and control music hands-free using Google Assistant or Siri.
Deep Sleep Mode
The BAR 800MK2 is designed to conserve energy when not in use. Its networked standby power consumption is below 2W, while JBL's Deep Sleep feature helps minimize unnecessary power consumption.
