How do I place an order on DigiMall?

Registered User:

  1. Select the item you wish to buy.
  2. Browse categories/products.
  3. Check availability and shipping price for your location.
  4. Select size/colour/quantity and click Checkout.
  5. Enter credentials or register.
  6. Continue shopping or proceed to pay from the Cart.
  7. Add promo code and select delivery address.
  8. Select payment mode and complete process.

Guest User:

  1. Select the item you wish to buy.
  2. Check availability and shipping.
  3. Click Guest Checkout, fill out the form, and submit.

What do I do if there is a delay in order confirmation?

Merchants typically confirm orders within 12–48 hours. If you experience a delay, please contact our Call Centre at 111-06-06-06.

How can I track my order?

DigiMall will send updates via SMS, Email, or in-App notifications. You can also use the tracking link provided on the courier portal.

My order has been shipped. How quickly will I receive it?

Products are usually delivered within 5–7 working days. Specific timelines may be stated in product descriptions.

How do I cancel my order?

If not yet dispatched, go to 'My Account' → 'My Orders' and click 'Cancel'. Cancellation is subject to Merchant approval. Shipment charges are not refunded if the product is in transit.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

Rates are based on weight, pickup origin, and delivery destination. Fees are displayed on product pages and at checkout.

Why are my items shipped separately?

Products from different merchants are shipped separately to ensure the fastest fulfillment for each item.

Products & Warranty

Are all products new and original?

Yes. DigiMall offers 100% genuine products from verified Merchants. Sellers found providing non-genuine goods are immediately delisted.

Where should I go for a warranty claim?

Refer to the warranty card included with the product. If missing, check the user manual or contact us at 111.06.06.06.

Payment

How do I pay on DigiMall?

You can use Credit Cards, Wallets, or your Bank Account. Note that DigiMall does not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return process?

You may return an unused item in its original condition within 3 days. Original condition means packaging/labels are intact, product is unused, and contains no personal data.

What items are ineligible for return?

  • Perishables (fresh fruits/vegetables) once delivered.
  • Redeemed computer software vouchers.
  • Opened items (undergarments, beauty/cosmetic products).
  • Personalised or made-to-measure products.
  • Damaged or seal-broken products.

What is the electronics warranty?

A 24-hour checking and replacement warranty applies. After 24 hours, the product reverts to the manufacturer's official warranty.

Merchant Queries

How do I register as a Merchant?

Fill out the registration form on the DigiMall website. A team member will get in touch within 3 business days.

What are the charges for selling?

DigiMall does not charge for listing. A Platform Fee applies only on a per-transaction basis when a product is sold.

When do I receive my money?

Payments are deposited per the agreed term following confirmed delivery (T+n rule).
