General Terms & Liability
Faysal Bank will not be liable of any damages or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the purchase, installation, use or otherwise of the product(s) and/or service(s) under the Installment Plan for any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of merchants. Nor shall Faysal Bank be responsible for the quality of the product(s) and/or service(s). Any complaint as to quality must be referred to the supplier or merchant and shall not affect the customer's obligation to continue paying installments.

FBL’s role is limited to payment settlement between Customers and Merchants. DigiMall disclaims any liability regarding product quantity, specification, or obligations.
Customer authorizes Faysal Bank to debit any pending charges due to system error from any account or credit card.
Pricing, Availability & Order Processing
All prices are listed in PKR inclusive of GST. Prices may change between order placement and processing. No price matching is offered.
Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors. Refund policies apply accordingly.
Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed. Users will be informed if products become unavailable.
FBL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
Complaint & Dispute Resolution
Complaints arise from disagreements between Users and Merchants. Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly.
If raised within timeline, payment may be held and reversed as needed.
DigiMall CMU will mediate disputes.

Personal Information & Consent
We collect personal information including name, email, address, IP address, and other data when using DigiMall.
Information is used for order processing, account management, analytics, and communication.
Data is stored including purchase history, email correspondence, and usage data.
Data is shared only with service providers where necessary. No selling of personal data.
Users may opt out of marketing anytime.
User Protection Process
Users can file complaints within 15 days of delivery. Claims after this period are not covered.
FBL verifies claims and processes only valid complaints. Decisions are final and binding.
PIP Installment Plan
- • Credit limit blocked equal to product price
- • EMI charged monthly
- • Minimum payment required
- • Late payment charges apply
- • 5% pre-closure penalty or Rs. 1,000
- • Bank may accept/reject PIP request
Product Return Process
Returns allowed only if unused and in original condition with proof.

Certain products are not eligible including perishable goods, opened software, and damaged items.
Replacement valid for defective or wrong products only.
Erroneous Delivery & Right to Set-off
Extra delivered items must be returned. Failure to return within 72 hours may result in deduction from customer account.
Warranty Claims
Refer to manufacturer warranty card or service center. If lost, purchase invoice can be used.
