Warranty Coverage: Warranty Duration is 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty claims can only be processed at our Warranty Center in Karachi. All laptops are in used condition, fully functional with minimal scratches and no damage. Each laptop comes with a pre-installed operating system for a ready-to-use experience. Products are delivered in complete packaging for maximum safety. The laptop charger may not be original but is fully compatible. Warranty Terms & Conditions: This warranty covers repair or replacement for eligible defects in the processor, RAM (memory), and hard drive/SSD. Software support for Windows, operating systems, or drivers is included. The laptop battery is covered under a 45-day limited warranty. A valid purchase receipt is required to claim the warranty. Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim the warranty, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. This video must show the sealed package before opening, clearly capture the entire unboxing process, and display the product condition upon arrival. Warranty claims will NOT be entertained if the customer fails to provide this video as evidence at the time of the claim. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover burned, broken, deformed, or water-damaged products. Screen/display issues and sound distortion problems are excluded from warranty claims. The warranty will be void if the security sticker seals are removed. Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or forceful impact is not covered.
