Mogiana, Brazil

The Mogiana region, which runs along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals produced in Brazil. These hand selected lots from individual farms are processed to create a smooth, clean, highly consistent end product. The farm that our Mogiana beans are from belong to 2 brothers who have invested heavily in technology with an aim to increase the cultivated area and renovate their crops (more adequate spacing, systematization, new varieties, etc.). Their focus at the moment is an improvement in business management, and investing in processes, people, and optimization to increase sustainability and excellence in the cup. The region has a tradition in coffee cultivation, with a good climate, altitude, soil, and relief.

Our goal with this coffee is to have a consistent profile making our Mogiana a coffee that can be liked by everyone!
